The Steps To The Law Of Attraction

Here are the steps to gaining your deepest desires through the Law Of Attraction.

These steps should be done 3 times a day for optimal results; in the morning when you wake, free time in the afternoon and right before you fall asleep at night.

Step 1 Relax
Close your eyes gently. Let go of all the tension in your body, starting from the tip of your toes moving up, mentally picturing each body part as you slowly move up and mentally repeating at each part (your toes, your feet, your ankles etc.) the word "Relax". Flex and release the muscles as you move up. Feel the tension go away from your limbs, your stomach, your lower back, your chest, the back of your neck, your face, your forehead and finally, the tip top of your head.

With a little practice you'll be able to do this in just a few seconds.

Now, with your eyes closed, look up, raise your eyes as if you're looking at your forehead. Do Not Strain your eyes, keep them relaxed, just look up, eyes closed. This places you in a Beta State of Mind.

Step 2 The Count Down
The first week you mentally count down from 100 to 1. With every 4th or 5th number say to yourself you're going deeper and deeper. The second week you mentally count down from 50 to 1. The third week you mentally count down from 25 to 1.

After one month you can continue to count down from 25 to 1 or 10 to 1 and during this entire time of mentally counting down you picture the numbers in your mind. After a time, play with it, picture the numbers in different fonts and colors within your mind.

Starting with the first week, after you count down to the number 1 and you mentally picture the number, say to yourself you're going deeper and deeper.

Step 3 Your Place Of Peace And Tranquility
After counting down to 1 and mentally saying to yourself, "I'm going deeper." picture in your mind a peaceful, tranquil scene. This is your place of peace, where you are safe, relaxed and feeling the wonderful glow of prosperity. This place of peace can be a beautiful Sunlit beach or a Warm Shady Forest. Whatever you conceive it to be.

A friend of mine stated that his place of peace was his apartment lol. In other words, it's your place of peace and can be wherever you feel comfort, it just doesn't matter as long as your surroundings are peaceful to you and your spirit.

We'll stop there. The next steps will consists of visualization exercises. It'll be fun! :-)
